UMKC Auxiliary Services is accepting application for custodian. This position requires routine, manual work utilizing knowledge of various custodial materials, equipment, methods and procedures used in maintaining a clean, neat and orderly building. In addition to cleaning, this position is required to complete set-up and tear-down for campus events. Some basic audio-visual technical support included. Functional contacts include students, faculty, staff and general public utilizing building facilities.
This position will work 4:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday nights off.
A job offer for this position is contingent on passing a physical examination to determine if the candidate possesses the physical capabilities necessary to perform the essential functions.
Salary: Up to $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
