This role is a hybrid remote/in-office position and will require proximity to the Cedar Knolls, NJ office.
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Sr. Account Executive to join our growing, highly entrepreneurial team with a one-of-a-kind pharma industry specialized opportunity. You will have a chance to work within the multicultural space focused on Hispanic and African American markets.
This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You'll be responsible for supporting leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities. We'll require you to work with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience. You will master day-to-day account management skills and begin developing mentoring and management skill sets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Excellent understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats
Highly effective communication skills
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to:
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time and on budget
Follow up with the clients on outstanding issues and questions
Prepare weekly status reports
Set up weekly project status calls
Document all calls and meetings
Partner with team to efficiently manage the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
Review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback
Manage submission process
Schedule and attend project-related presentations
Communicate client changes and rationale to internal team following client reviews
Experience preparing financial worksheets and reports
Assist in planning and coordinating across functional areas of the agency
Help to ensure effective delivery of projects and seamless communication
Work on multitasking skills and ability to run multiple projects and priorities with a sense of ease
Attend meetings and capture notes and action items for the team
Support the account team in brand plan coordination as needed
Support the account team to help coordinate workshops and brainstorming meetings internally and with the client
Develop strategic and actionable project briefs
Actively monitor the headlines for current brand and competitor news, trends, and white space opportunity
Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills
Media experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems
Ability to travel locally to clients
