PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Baker, you will be responsible for following recipes and yield guides.You will also set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

• Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides
• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
• Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in the designated area
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Set up and break down the station
• Regularly runs for food and restocks all kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Communicate, direct, and assist management, chef, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of baking experience
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

PREFERRED:

• Two (2) years of baking experience
• Experience in a similar resort setting
