What to expect on the job:
You will be responsible for set up and operation of the packaging area.
As a Group Team Lead I, a typical day might include the following:
Observe operations and inspect packaged items for conformance with specifications.
Identifies equipment malfunctions and repair needs, and makes minor adjustments
Ensures proper supply of materials to optimize line efficiency
Ensures proper documentation of quality and efficiency measurements
Assures proper packaging area/line staffing to maintain labor efficiency
Coordinates packaging line changeovers
Trains employees on proper packaging tasks and responsibilities

You can guide and train workers in the development of practical work routines to achieve desired level of quality and output, guaranteeing an uninterrupted workflow.
You have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and two to three years experience in a related field
You have the ability to read, write, understand and communicate in spoken English:
