POSITION PURPOSE: The primary duties of this position are to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers by understanding client strategy and values. Defines and develops a multi-channel sales strategy that positions the company for growth. Responsible for capitalizing on existing business via customer engagement calls and other communication approaches which are intended to increase profitable revenue. Creates demand for products and services by underscoring the company's products and services with the clients. Has in depth knowledge of the market, needs and challenges. Utilizes market share, account data, analytics, trends and competitive information to drive overall strategy. Presents period sales updates to sales management on account development and trends. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising awareness and interest with customers through a data driven analytical approach.
