Job Description

Grace is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to work within the Talent Acquisition/Human Resource function. This individual will support the Talent Acquisition team's partnership with the business and corporate function leaders to improve recruiting efficiency and partner in recruitment strategy development working with the Director, Talent Acquisition. He/she will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support talent acquisition initiatives globally such as, process improvement, standardization, system optimization, sourcing/pipelining projects, reporting and dashboards, immigration management, vendor management, training and hourly plant hiring management. This person will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

This role is based in our Columbia, MD headquarters, and will offer a hybrid work schedule (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in office).

Responsibilities
  • As a subject matter expert for our ATS, recruitment process and recruiting tools and programs, identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Develop project plans to address opportunities and manage projects through to completion.
  • Support sourcing/pipelining efforts by utilizing various techniques (social media, professional networks, Boolean searches, etc.) to identify candidates.
  • Manage candidate development and experience as well as participate in the selection process for hourly plant hiring.
  • Develop user manuals, SOP's to the recruiters and hiring managers on recruitment processes, tools, system enhancements and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors (agencies/job boards, technology providers) to algin with the team's goals, including processing of contracts and invoices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives across all recruitment channels
  • Generate insights using recruitment data and metrics, identify trends and make data driven recommendations for improvement and resource allocation.
  • Support the development of dashboards for leaders, hiring managers, HR and recruiters.
  • Assess compliance and mitigate risk by executing regular audits and identifying areas of non-compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations while onboarding new candidates into Grace.
  • Lead the global immigration management process, liaison with external partners and manage the employee experience through the process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment operations, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. degree and 2years of recruiting, recruiting operations, or Human Resourcesexperience.
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Success Factors or similar and sourcing resources.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other HR information systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, manages change effectively and successfully juggles multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency.
  • Takes accountability for goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly describe an insight and support that with data.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive and professional environment managing sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
