THE JOB:

As a Pool Massage Therapist, you will contribute to luxurious guest experiences with your welcoming smile and superior service outside at the pool. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer superior service to pool guests

• Perform various massage techniques including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and Ice Massage

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Work with other departments to collaborate on guest services

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa or resort setting

• Ability to sell/upsell services

• Massage Therapist License

• Ability to be outside for long periods of time

OPPORTUNITY:

• This position is for pool season, but is potentially eligible for a position in the spa after pool season is finished

• This position is tip based
