About the role:

Key Deliverables
  • In collaboration with our Health & Safety team you will manage and support the summer heat stress program for our employees.
  • Under the supervisor of the Health & Safety team, work specific safety projects throughout the Aluminum, Carbon, and Power Plant.
  • Follow all site and safety protocol.
  • Additional tasks as assigned and under the direction of the Health & Safety team.

What you can bring to the role:

Education/Experience
  • Current undergraduate student in industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, or related technical field.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates respect and courtesy for others.
  • Positive professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work with computerized systems and databases.
