As a Strategic Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with MVP Team members, marketing and data analytics, to accomplish marketing tactics, develop solutions and clearly communicate the value proposition of the MVP Program.

How you will contribute:

Marketing Support

  • Assist Senior Strategic Account Managers complete marketing campaigns and sales enablement tactics including benchmark and industry reports, collateral and monthly communications
  • Audit and create marketing collateral to help communicate available resources to key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Manage Program Website to ensure relevant and accurate information
  • Create marketing material to help recruit and engage MVP partners
  • Provide marketing collateral and social media audits for broker partners


Project Management

  • Track and maintain record of executed tactics in Salesforce to help ensure accurate reporting
  • Partner with data analytics team in evaluating traffic to Program website and monthly communication open rates and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Assist in the team's annual planning exercises to improve MVP program results


Industry Trends and Research

  • Review and track industry trends, themes and resources revealed within industry publications, associations, and competitive intelligence
  • Provide MVP team with quarterly "what's trending" report with recommendations
  • Identify vendor partners that may help alleviate friction internally or externally and/or provide broker partners with additional value

What you will bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of marketing experience - through education or work experience
  • Requires thorough knowledge of marketing concepts and business to business marketing methods
  • Requires knowledge around development and implementation of marketing programs, including direct marketing, branding, lead generation, web site design, sales literature and public relations
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate marketing ideas, plans and results to all levels within the company and to MVPs and their employees
  • Strong project management skills to accomplish strategic goals and related tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple complex tasks in a timely fashion
  • *Self-motivated to work independently or as part of a team to complete multiple projects/tasks in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Ability in building relationships and establishing credibility for the MVP programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
