Seeking a self-motivated, caring, experienced, and clinically licensed full-time counselor to join our school family for the 2024-2025 School Year. The Middle School for Boys provides a caring small environment (150 students) that works to create strong and healthy young men who have the skills to pursue their dreams. The Middle Schools for Boys is an independent school that resides on a 318-acre campus that also encompasses our Science Institute and Art Museum.
A successful candidate will have a current clinical certification in Social Work, Psychology or counseling and will also be responsible for interpreting outside private evaluations and creating and monitoring accommodation plans to support students.
Strong candidates will demonstrate commitment to the overall wellbeing of the students, faculty, and staff and promote best practices for reaching all learners. The counselor will work closely with faculty and administration within the building and across divisions to coordinate best practices of wellbeing, social-emotional and academic student support.
