HYBRID WORK IS AVAILABLE - Fee For Service

Earn $35/hour unlicensed and $38/hour licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Position Details

The therapist is a primary member of an outpatient treatment team in the clinic based behavioral health program for Merakey of Philadelphia. Essential responsibilities include the delivery of individual therapy services (telehealth and in-person) and coordination of care under the leadership of the Outpatient Director. Promotes the active engagement of clients in treatment wherein individuals can learn to live well with their mental health diagnosis.

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers:

• A bonus system enabling therapists to earn up to an additional $300 per month
• Opportunities for licensure supervision
• Training/Certifications in Evidence-Based Practices for eligible therapists, including:
  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Development.
