Organization Overview:
The Manager will lead BNL's Training and Qualifications (TQ) team, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, and is responsible for design and delivery of classroom and computer-based safety and compliance training. This individual will oversee a staff of instructors who are responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of safety and compliance training courses and programs as well as assuring that the Brookhaven Training and Qualifications Management System (BTMS, Brookhaven's Learning Management System) is performing effectively.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience providing subject matter expertise on training delivery and instructional design with a preferred focus on compliance and/or worker health and safety training.

Salary offers will be commensurate with the final candidate's qualification, education and experience and considered with the internal peer group.
