The compensation for this position will be contracted to be paid per period of instruction.

Under the general supervision of program manager, the educator will provide education and implement activities for various areas in the Childbirth Education Program. Responsibilities include but not limited to: independently manage the class and course, provide education in area of expertise; educate on program options, and attend meetings as required. Provides recommendations to program manager for improvements. Performs other related duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSCertified Child Birth Educator.
BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date.
A minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience.
Distance Teaching Proficiency (Zoom).
Proven comfort and effectiveness in public speaking and knowledge of adult learning theory, customer service, excellent communication, interpersonal, and group skills.
Displays appropriate judgement and problem-solving skills.
