Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in a multi-state territory, focusing on Infection Prevention, Critical Care, Med/Surgical, Oncology, Pediatric, and Value Analysis Committees. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with existing customers to drive more business throughout their health system or IDN. Also, partnering with your local and national distributors will quickly identify new targets and revenue. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to sell a value proposition based on improving outcomes rather than price, and a strong drive to succeed. Strong experience working through large health systems in the designated territory and IDN's is mandatory.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory. |
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. |

Provide product training, education and support to healthcare professionals and distribution partners. |

Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to manage opportunities and pipeline. |
