You Are:

A transformation ace with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients most complex business problems to help their companies do more. Youre as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  • Use your SAP Finance and technical expertise to decipher clients needs
  • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by SAP tools such as S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group reporting or SAC
  • Lead delivery of stand-out SAP Finance solutions that meet your clients unique needs and position them for long-term success
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term SAP Financial vision to life
  • Grow Accentures SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
  • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your teams expertise in SAP and organization Finance
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Heres What You Need:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in SAP Finance
  • Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture
  • Functional expertise in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Controlling and product costing, Cash Management, Treasury
  • Experience managing teams of 15+, including global delivery teams
  • Prior Consulting and/or similar Advisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California: $131,100 to $336,900

Colorado: $131,100 to $291,100

New York: $121,400 to $336,900

Washington: $139,600 to $309,900
