Pay Range: $54,542 - 67,632 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

Would you like to work from home a couple days a week? Would you like to have a quarterly compensation incentive to reward your hard work? This recruiter position may be for you. We are looking for a recruiter to support our Distribution Center team in Kansas City. NFM Recruiters are often the first contact new members of the NFM Family have before they begin their career. Our Recruiters screen, interview, and partner with NFM Managers to match the right candidate to the right career. Relationship building and networking skills, internally and outside of NFM, are a must-have.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Be a Builder: Build relationships inside and outside of NFM to ensure NFM has a deep talent bench and a pipeline of potential new family members
  • Collaborate: Work with NFM hiring managers to understand their work and talent needs
  • Be Positive: Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression inside and outside of NFM
  • Set the Stage: Screen applicants to ensure skills align with job requirements
  • Play your Part: Deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience recruiting for high volume positions preferred
  • Previous Applicant Tracking System experience, Cerdian/Dayforce a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • 2+ years professional-level human resources experience that included recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
