We have an opening for a Scheduler with heavy civil construction experience to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing support and guidance to proposal and project teams in all phases of the planning, development, submission, management, updating and analysis of schedules to insure conformance with company standard practices and project specifications. This position will ideally be located in Boise, Idaho, with travel expected to project locations, up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and document project planning sessions.
  • Develop, update and maintain cost and resource loaded project CPM schedules.
  • Develop, maintain and publish budget and forecast cost reports.
  • Develop, maintain and publish resource planning and allocation reports.
  • Develop reports of critical trends as needed.
  • Perform analysis of deviations from baselines.
  • Coordinate with project teams as needed to analyze delays and impacts to project schedules.
  • Analyze project controls data to assist project managers in directing project activities.
  • Compile summary level project controls reports for management.
  • Evaluate project risks and communicate cost and schedule exposure to project management.
  • Travel to jobsites to participate in project planning sessions and status updates.
  • Support standardization of project control functions in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the project closeout process.
  • Assist in project audits as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant Schedule and Cost Controls experience with hands-on application in the construction and/or design field.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with management, project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and schedule health standards.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Compensation Package:

  • Pay Range: $DOE
