Key Qualifications
- LSA with 8+ years configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework
- Should have knowledge of building complex case workflows
- Should be experienced in building new rules and rule sets for business logic
- Should be experienced in creating new UI sections/harnesses and customizing Pega UI using themes
- Should have experience in using data pages, data transforms, creating and exposing rest services for high data volume
- Should be aware of best practices in general application design as well as Pega application design
- Should have good understanding of HTML, CSS and JS
- Should have hands-on experience in Java
