Partner with teams across Apple to understand and develop new features Work within and outside team to design and build highly scalable, secure and robust applications Partner with SRE, QA and Infrastructure team to drive successful product release and resolve production issues Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to enable transparent work culture

Key Qualifications
LSA with 8+ years configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework
Should have knowledge of building complex case workflows
Should be experienced in building new rules and rule sets for business logic
Should be experienced in creating new UI sections/harnesses and customizing Pega UI using themes
Should have experience in using data pages, data transforms, creating and exposing rest services for high data volume
Should be aware of best practices in general application design as well as Pega application design
Should have good understanding of HTML, CSS and JS
Should have hands-on experience in Java
