We are looking for a passionateand motivated Product Manager with expertise in electrophysiology to join our Cardiac Radioablation (CRA) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the Varian RADIATE-VT clinical trial community and beyond. This role is central to driving product development through feedback from clinical partners and ensuring that the Varian CRAsystem meets the clinical needs. The role demands close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the product's evolution is in sync with Varian's strategic objectives. Furthermore, the candidate will be instrumental in developing product training materials andproviding product training and procedure supportto clinical trial sites.While we prefer the candidate to be US-based, this is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders in the clinical trial community and beyond to foster strong relationships and collaborations.
  • Responsibilities include managing customer engagements and gathering feedback to guide the development of the CRA System, ensuring it meets clinical needs and supports trial and commercializationobjectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams at Varian, aligning product development with company goals and contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the CRA System.
  • Conduct comprehensive product training for clinical trial sites on the effective use of the CRA System, ensuring proficiency in line with the clinical protocol.
  • Develop and update product training materials, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness, while regularly assessing user experience and satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in health science (including cardiac electrophysiology, cardiovascular technology, or radiologic technology)
  • Electrophysiology Technologist Certification (CEPS/RCES) is a plus
  • 2-3 years prior experience in an electrophysiology laboratory
  • Hands-on experience with electrophysiology equipment and software
  • Ability to read and interpret electrocardiograms (ECGs) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with electrophysiologists and other healthcare providers
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous
  • Open to traveling up to 30-40% of the time, including potential international travel
  • Flexible and adaptable, yet focused and persistent
  • Preferred candidate to be US-based but can consider other locations

The base pay range for this position is

Min $86,500 - Max $155,600

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
