The opportunity:

The Project Manager, Multimedia, is responsible for coordinating and delivering video and multimedia assets effectively. These assets are for projects developed by the Creative Center team and include online learning products, live broadcast events, marketing promotions, and internal communications.

As a key liaison for internal clients across the three HBP market groups and enterprise divisions, this role is committed to deep engagement with client teams to deliver outstanding service.

You will work in collaboration with the video and design teams, planning and overseeing multiple large-scale projects with the objective of building trust, igniting innovation, and exceeding expectations. While you will provide assistance on-set during video shoots, your role will primarily support the creation of content that spans consumer-facing materials with global reach and crucial internal communications.

What you'll do

You will manage all phases of the multimedia production process, from concept to completion, including:

  • Initiating projects and scheduling video shoots.
  • Procuring and managing external resources, such as voice talent, hair stylists, makeup artists.
  • Coordinating location shoot logistics.
  • Maintaining meticulous organization of projects in Jira, tracking job tickets, creating tasks/sub-tasks.
  • Managing video/appearance releases and working with Legal to secure usage rights for copyrighted content, including images, video, and audio.
  • Anticipating potential project roadblocks, escalating issues promptly, and proactively devising solutions.
  • Advocating for Creative Center workflow processes and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Four or more years of experience in creative project management, ideally within an agency, a creative organization, or a role with highly transferable skills.
  • A track record of managing complex creative projects with cross-functional teams, fostering stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong knowledge of multimedia production processes, encompassing pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
  • Experience with media asset management workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate project bottlenecks, promptly escalate issues, and proactively devise solutions.
  • A knack for maintaining organization, enhancing efficiencies, and streamlining processes.
  • Able to work on-site in Brighton, MA during standard business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and occasionally outside of business hours.
  • Able to travel occasionally, as necessary.
  • Able to move actively for extended periods of time with the capability of handling and manipulating equipment and materials safely, which may involve lifting objects up to 15 lbs.

You'll stand out if you have

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with Jira, Box, Kaltura and/or other project management tools

$60,000 - $75,000 USD

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
