This Role

iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our Clinical Digital product team. In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of our next generation clinical reports to support our newest monitor form factor. You will be leading a team and working closely with engineering, design, and UX to build products that operate at the intersection of AI and human clinical expertise. Aside from the core development team, you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to gather internal and external VOC, define product strategy, and launch new products and features.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspire and lead product portfolio vision & strategy, communicating to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Define the near term and long-term Clinical Reporting roadmap to shepherd the launch of our newest monitor form factor.
  • Collect voice of customer and internal stakeholder feedback to understand unmet needs and pain points.
  • Develop product roadmap and communicate/align with cross functional team.
  • Work with engineering, design, and UX to deliver high quality features and user experiencethrough iteration.
  • Define, analyze, and communicate analytics data and KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for all product updates and enhancements.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.

About you:

You're seen as a leader, with an exceptional ability to get things done while bringing people along for the journey. When challenging problems present themselves, you use your leadership and critical thinking skills to navigate the team toward ta decision and away from paralysis analysis. You know how to balance moving forward with assessing risk of the unknown. Making difficult tradeoffs is your forte, and you are able to communicate your rationale, so the rest of the team is aligned. You are respected and can take charge, but everyone feels comfortable challenging you or coming to you with new ideas. The end user is always your first priority, and you strive to understand their day-to-day pain points through data and research.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years product management experience for digital software applications.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of product management best practices.
  • Strong understanding of UX research and design processes.
  • Experience with driving analytics and business intelligence to inform product strategy.
  • Strong system analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative; results oriented; strong sense of urgency.
  • 2+ years' experience working in the healthcare or similarly regulated industry.
  • BA/BS in science or technical field. Advanced degree or MBA desired.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in clinical data insight generation, visualization, and presentation.
  • Clinical understanding of cardiac ECG data and rhythm interpretation.
  • Experience with requirements management applications (Jama, DOORS,...) and design control applications (MasterControl)
  • Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc.), road mapping tools (Aha!) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Pendo, GA, SQL)
  • Software development experience using scripting/OO language.

Estimated Pay Range
$134,400$170,000 USD
