Senior Manager Technology- Contact Centers and ATM
The Senior Manager Technology for Contact Centers and ATM provides thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient technical solution. Leads the development of strategic plans for products and/or initiatives. Lead their resources to develop high level delivery plans based on a set of objectives (scope, delivery and technical approaches, risk, assumptions, staffing plans, other cost, and ongoing operational plans and cost). The Senior Manager Technology also oversees client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met or exceeded and coaches and mentors' employees. This position is for Senior Technology Manager to lead technology teams for transformation and support of Comerica Bank's Contact Center and ATM.
