Global Product Manager, Procedural Solutions (Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA)

The Global Product Manager, Procedural Solutions, is responsible for managing the partnered technology solutions that enable S&Ns robotic ecosystem across all orthopedic surgical solutions (Hips, Knees, Shoulders etc). These partnered technology solutions would include (but not be limited to) imaging for pre-op planning, wearables and sensors for activity tracking and patient management, apps for patient engagement and PROMs. The metric for assessing the success in this role would include utilization growth of the CORI robotic ecosystem and associated implants.

The Product Manager will work closely with the Sales Teams, Recon and Robotics Global Marketing and Regional Marketing to understand platform technology needs of the robotic ecosystem for each orthopedic surgical solution and use those needs to identify the best technology partners that can work across S&N's robotic portfolio. The Product Manager would also work with surgeon KOLs to determine user needs and then engage them to evaluate technology platforms.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the surgeon's user needs for the S&N robotic ecosystem for Hips, Knees, Shoulders (KOL engagement).

  • Survey, document and evaluate the technology solutions pertinent to S&Ns robotic ecosystem landscape. Technology solutions including (but not be limited to) imaging for pre-op planning, wearables and sensors for activity tracking and patient management, apps for patient engagement and PROMs (Technology solution curation).

  • Engage S&N's KOLs to evaluate and assess technology solutions individually, in group settings and in clinical pilot contexts.

  • Develop sales and commercialization facing value proposition content for the technology partnerships.

  • Track and report out impact of partnerships and robotics enablement via utilization growth of robot and implant units.

  • Responsible for developing go to market materials for the technology partnerships including sales and commercialization facing value proposition content, explainer videos, FAQs, medical education materials etc.

  • Supports industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings and labs, national sales meeting and other strategic meetings.

  • Cultivates relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders and the sales organization.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, marketing or engineering discipline.

  • Masters in related field or MBA desired.

  • 5 years demonstrated technology management (research, technology and innovation) or technology marketing required.

  • Experience, ideally in the robotics, digital health or orthopedics fields preferred.

  • Travel Requirements: up to 30%
