As a Senior Administrator for Community Engagement and Strategy, you will be responsible for oversight of the Institute's operations and serving as the key liaison between the Institute and the community. In this role, you will prioritize trusted relationships with community leaders and stakeholders, community-based organizations (CBOs), health system partners, and local and regional partners. This role requires extensive skills in organizing, planning, coordinating, communicating, and leading a portfolio of work in partnership with others. To lead this portfolio, the person in this role will be familiar with factors that influence health outcomes and health equity, and have extensive experience collaborating with CBOs and convening and establishing sustained partnerships with a wide-range of stakeholders.
This critical position will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible for the overall management of operations of the Institute and leading the oversight of efforts taking place at the interface between the university and the community.
