What You'll Do


IronArch is currently seeking an experienced, innovative Program Manager to manage and coordinate the execution of multiple subcontracts within our organization. This role will provide oversight for project delivery and serve as the primary point of contact for our prime contractor customers.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Maintain oversight for project schedule and milestones across multiple subcontract projects
  • Provide comprehensive project and program management support services
  • Project Scheduling and Planning
  • Project Tracking and Risk Management
  • Coordination and collaboration with external stakeholders
  • Identification and tracking of organic growth opportunities
  • Financial tracking and budget monitoring
  • Compile regular Progress Update documents and facilitate weekly progress meetings with key stakeholders
  • Develop trusted customer relationships at all levels of their organization and communicate on a regular cadence
  • Manage customer engagement with responsibility for customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership
  • Act as the primary operational contact between the company and the prime contractor
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and ensure quality deliverables are provided on time
  • Supervise resources/personnel working on subcontract portfolio
  • Execute and coordinate personnel project onboarding/offboarding for all hires within the subcontract portfolio
  • Engage with project employees through regular check-ins and project team meetings to create an inviting and collaborative environment
  • Support workforce development and training efforts
  • Support Business Development (BD) involving subcontract portfolio to include, but not limited to, past performance write ups and technical reviews
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate
Requirements

  • 6-8 years of project management experience with Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 8+ years of experience managing projects and/or programs for government clients
  • 3 - 5 years of experience managing project budgets
  • 3 - 5 years of experience managing employees
  • Experience as a consultant working with clients in the federal government
  • Self-starter/independent thinker with demonstrated ambition to take on new roles with increasing responsibility with limited guidance and direction from management
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to facilitate meetings with senior levels of management
  • Adept at project and change management
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with best practices such as Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) or International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Proficiency with project management tools, include Microsoft Project and Asana in conjunction with Sharepoint
