The Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in developing and managing the Firm's Wealth Management group by working with and supporting the team responsible for internally managed portfolios. This position will assume a leadership role collaborating with clients and actively participating in client meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing portfolios created from a universe of US traded large capitalization stocks, continuously assessing risk/reward of current holdings and potential new ideas. This position will also contribute to asset allocation and the selection of other assets, including ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative investments. The Portfolio Manager leverages external research resources for data analysis and new idea generation, developing and presenting a logical, fundamental investment thesis on individual stocks based on primary and external research, and creating company models that include financial statements, comparable valuations, and discounted cash flows. This position builds and maintains materials to outline and support the equity decision making process, contribute to materials in support of the broader investment team asset allocation decision making process, and discuss with clients and key stakeholders the investment decision making process and rationale for investment decisions. |

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows: Boston, MA: $136,450.00 to $208,200.00
In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Because such contingent compensation is not yet calculable or may be zero ($0) in some circumstances, the above-listed salary range is Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate of the annual salary it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting.
