Overview

Our engineers are working to solve complex problems in clinical data processing, analysis, modeling, standardization, and integration. Youwill lead a team of engineers to build out applications to accelerate the process of bringing drugs to patients. You will be empowered to researchnew technologieswhile weighing their use against existing solutions to deliver solutions to our clients. To empower our developers, we will equip you with the best hardware and software available.


Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains enterprise software applications
  • Collaborates with the product team on requirements elicitation to deliver software
  • Authors and reviews unit/integration test
  • Participates in code and software review processes
  • Collaborates with members of the product, test, and software engineering organizations
  • Develops expertise for all aspects of a software product
  • Establishes and enforces standards across the assigned areas of influence
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization
  • Identifies and anticipates risks across an entire project and communicate them broadly and pro-actively to the appropriate audiences
  • Provides leadership, mentoring, and guidance at all organizational levels and across multiple job functions
  • Demonstrates best practices and guides lower levels through example
  • Has end-to-end responsibility for projects of increasing complexity that encompass more than their own development
  • Develops adoption plans for new tools or features of already-adopted technologies
  • Curious by nature and identifies opportunities for innovation
  • Keeps current on cutting-edge technologies and educates others on them
  • Demonstrates knowledge of strategic thinking, design, and systems development
  • Analyzes engineering efforts to determine risks or sensitivities
  • Adaptable to changing needs


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative agile software organization
  • Prior experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, PK/PD, CDISC, and other related experiences preferred

This is a hybrid role on-site in Radnor, PA.
