• Board-certified or Board-eligible physiatrists
• MD or DO degree
• Candidate must have completed clinical training in an ACGME accredited Physicial Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program.
• Fellowships and/or board certification in a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation subspecialty.
