Interim reporting to Loren Morris, Vice President, Advisor Practices, the Advisor Practices, SD , will lead and develop our strategy to engage our strategic partners who are responsible for supporting financial advisors, field leaders and members of the distribution performance team to promote the growth and health of the NM distribution system and the continuity of long-term client relationships. The role also has accountability to manage and coordinate interactions and engagement with the SA&E committee.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with APLT on long term strategy and align strategic partners to advance and support MYS initiatives and / or CD priorities such as: Private Client Group and Advancing Advisor Practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Strategic Partners collaborating on mutual goals and fostering productive communication channels.
  • Identify collaborative opportunities between the organization and strategic partners initiating joint work and coordination of execution.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions on behalf of our financial advisors to ensure alignment with firm objectives and strategy.
  • Coordination with legal, procurement and home office teams on existing and future Statement of Work Contracts
  • Continue work with ClientWise, FP Transitions, Ensemble Group and Live Oak Bank while supporting our evolving priorities and identifying and engaging new strategic partners.
  • Serve as Home Office connection for meetings and conferences for Client Wise. Schedule and facilitate alignment meetings; create agenda, align speakers and provide notes and updates after the call.
  • Build out clear KPIs to measure engagement and outcomes generated by strategic partners
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating various functions of SA&E Committee including effective collaboration, communication within our formal system of field associations.
  • Partner with SA&E Chairs to set agenda, facilitate presenters, record meeting minutes and provide committee members with relevant updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic consulting, strategy and operations, or financial services required, with deep understanding of advisor practices and teams; strategy formulation; sales and relationship management
  • Experience with distribution and sales/compensation aspects of products, marketing, and competitive intelligence
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and set strategic direction across multiple areas
  • Capable and credible in serving as leader of high visibility field-facing initiatives
  • High degree of people and project management competencies and a track record of building high performing teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, administrative and leadership skills with all levels of management and across all product lines, entities, and the field
  • Experience in portfolio and/or project management, strategic and operational planning, and leading multiple complex projects with organization-wide impact

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$118,510.00

Pay Range - End:

$220,090.00
