Per Diem Registered Nurses must commit to work a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours per six (6) week scheduling period in direct patient care. You will be working at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

• Provide leadership for the advancement of professional nursing and transport team practice.
• In collaboration with other members, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs designed to optimize outcomes of the defined patient population across the continuum of care.

Education:

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Six (6) months pediatric nursing experience.

Preferred - One (1) year recent (within 2 years) experience in Pediatric Acute Care and/or Pediatric hematology/oncology and/or Pediatric Sedation and/or Pediatric PACU or pre/post anesthesia area.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification. PALS certification.

Preferred - Chemotherapy certification.
