STARTING WAGE: Dual-Rate
Job Summary: Responsible for the overall direction of the Table Games unit assigned. Responsible for the integrity of the game, correct player rating and marker issues/collections.
Qualifications: One-year College or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training. Must have the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Must have the ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently. Knowledge and understanding of Currency Transaction Reporting.
Essential Job Functions:
* Responsible for the operation and conduct of a particular table game
* Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules
* When assigned to the Floor Supervisor position, is responsible for all table game's integrity
* Promotes positive customer relations
* Oversees Dealers within assigned area
* May perform other duties as assigned
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming license
