Dealership Sales Associate
Menomonee Falls, WI / Cedarburg, WI / Mequon, WI
Job Description
One of the top auto/truck dealerships in the area is looking for Sales Associates. Dealership has a great reputation and a lot of repeat customers! Company takes great pride in their extraordinary customer service. Will take entry level candidates looking to get into sales. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Responsible for meeting and greeting guests/customers. Maintain a basic knowledge of inventory, pricing, and vehicle features. Help identify customers' needs and fit them to the correct vehicle. Able to enter customer information in database and fill out sales paperwork. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to make sure all needs are met. Work with Sales Manager on meeting personal and company sales goals. Sales Associates can pick from 2 different commission/salary base wages. You can make $55,000-$100,000 plus per year and great benefits including 401k, Profit Sharing Plan, Paid Holidays, PTO, Health Insurance, and dental!
