Portrays various medical, behavioral and emotional scenarios involving established/scripted
scenes in support of training of clinical professionals throughout the organization. Provides
feedback to clinical professionals (learners) regarding their conduct, response and medical
assessment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portrays medical scenarios or cases with learners in teaching and/or assessment activities.
- Simulates all aspects of the scenario, using history of current problem, affect/behavior and physical findings, in a standardized, accurate and realistic manner.
- Participates with learner in mock interview, counseling and/or a physical examination.
- Provides feedback to learners in a constructive manner as coached.
- Uses ongoing feedback from supervisor/trainer and incorporates into case simulation.
- Accurately and consistently completes History and Physical checklists indicating areas addressed or not addressed by the Learner during scenario assessment.
- Performs related duties as required.

Job Experience & Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Per diem role, no benefits, variable schedule.
