Position Summary

Lead the translation of PCI's global business strategy into thoughtful and innovative talent development practices.

  • Build the infrastructure and implement a framework to identify and develop the global talent and leadership pipeline. Define the competencies, skill sets and attributes to reinforce the diversity of PCI's culture
  • Work in partnership with the Human Resources Leadership Team to develop the approach for development and deployment of various learning and development programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct talent needs assessment and develops/engages the appropriate resources to drive action and solutions
  • Design and deliver a succession planning and bench development program that ensures the necessary capabilities at all levels
  • Drive the Global Employee Engagement survey and other data insights, including Quarterly Conversations, to make talent recommendations
  • Act as an internal consultant in the planning of learning and employee engagement initiatives working to achieve positive outcomes with measurable impact on the business
  • Develop and use actionable HR metrics to provide insights that help drive business decisions
  • Leverage PCI's intranet as a global employee communication platform and build strategies for platform engagement
  • Foster a climate of inclusion, in partnership with ESG leaders, and integrate talent develop plans and solutions
  • Translate broad, longer term vision and objectives into specific milestones and goals to deliver learning and development initiatives for the business
  • Execute initiatives through others including, HR leaders, site leaders and PCI extended leadership team

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of Learning and Talent Development experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, global organizations.
  • A deep business acumen and the executional know how of building and growing businesses globally through the ongoing development and supports of its people.
  • Team oriented consensus builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies, building bridges and designing "win-win" solutions across a matrix management organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation. Captivating facilitator/storyteller.
  • Analytical and critical thinking with a metrics-driven approach to solutions and the ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change to gain sponsorship.
  • Workday and/or other HRIS experience extracting relevant talent data
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • The ability to flourish in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required with a preference for an advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
