Position Details
Procurement Processor

Our Procurement Processor manages our purchase to payment process to ensure the accuracy of our company spend. This is considered a "Hybrid" position with hours worked in the office and from your remote-work location.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Creating purchase orders from approved sources: budget, Project Review Board projects, Corporate Real Estate Committee projects, and approved contracts
  • Managing and processing daily exceptions on Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Processing vendor payments via multiple channels
  • Working with vendors to increase adoption rate of vendor portal, digitalization of invoices, supplier on-boarding, etc.
  • Verification of new vendors, maintain vendor master file and inactivation of vendors.
  • Maintaining internal catalogs and ensuring vendor punch-out catalogs reflect negotiated pricing
  • Ensuring compliance of KPIs
  • Performing value-additive activities around spend monitoring, reporting, vendor consolidations
  • Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Reviewing and processing Rent and CAM Payments to Landlords
  • Admin for external record retention software and liaison to First Bank staff.
  • Admin for travel and expense reimbursement software, including maintenance and system update testing.
  • Liaison for certain vendors that provide bank-wide services
  • Assisting with annual budget process.
  • Verification of annual 1099 filing.
  • Creating and publishing various reports
  • Completion of other analyses, tasks, projects, etc. assigned at the discretion of the Senior Accounting Manager or Chief Procurement Officer.
What Do You Need for this Position?
What You Need for this Position
  • Associates degree in Accounting for finance required
  • Minimum of 2 years related accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel required
  • Understanding of general financial accounting, as well as financial reporting, required.
  • Understanding of general tax accounting, as well as tax reporting, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft, Chrome River, Coupa and Visual lease preferred
