Waukesha Property Management company looking for property maintenance candidate! Should be capable of doing basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. Able to do carpentry, drywall, molding, and replace doors. Job requires you to have your own tools and valid driver’s license. Need to be available for on call work occasionally.
