CAD Technician/Assistant Building Engineer Manager

Job Description
Milwaukee construction company looking for CAD Technician/Assistant Engineer Manager. Responsible for using lasers and a combination of Autocad or Revit to create updated blueprints used for construction. Help with programming and initial design and development of construction drawing for interior build-outs. Also need to scan and organize the original blueprints we received upon purchase of new properties. Job requires travel through out the United States. Able to adapt quickly to new environments and be attentive to details. Work well with team members and assist management. Excellent written and verbal skills. Comfortable working in the field alone if needed. Must have years of experience using Autocad 2017 or newer. Knowledge of Revit Architecture and International Building Codes. Also have experience with SPS Codes and ADA Compliance Codes. Experience with Sketchup and Rhino is recommended. Job does require out of state and overnight travel.
