About the team

Global Sales Operations (GSO) team is focused on supporting Banking Solutions segment sales execution and transformation. The team acts as the control room, nerve center, and engine room to fuel sales growth. GSO is primarily structured by the following areas: Market Alignment, Sales Planning, and Sales Execution. Our role within Sales Planning is to manage sales budget and quotas, manage LOB/finance interlock, drive sales Strat Planning, manage sales cadence & forecast, and provide accurate reporting & analysis.

What you will be doing

You will manage the sales forecast process, incorporating sophisticated yield modelling and analysis. Execute planning and forecasting to include multiple scenarios including by geography, solution, channel, fee type, account. You will also assist with managing the sales planning and LOB/finance interlock process, including rolling 18-month forecast, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders within FIS. In this role, you will provide predictive and prescriptive analytics, including root cause diagnostics and variance analyses and prepares sales reports and presentation materials for senior management.

* Proven management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills.
* Strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
* In-depth knowledge of FIS products and services and business operations.
* General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices.
* Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.
* Solid decision-making and problem solving skills.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across FIS as well as client/partner organizations.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with QuickBase, Power BI, Tableau and/or Alteryx applications.
  • Power user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
