Contractor / Property Maintenance (Direct or SubContract)

Job Description
Seeking a Contractor / Property Maintenance person to assist our current Maintenance Team.
Part-Time, as needed basis
*Great for a company or individual who can help with tasks as a subcontractor*
May need help with:
*residential kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling
*painting and renovating apartments
*flooring and carpet installation
*appliance repairs
*general building maintenance / upkeep
Willing to consider bringing someone onboard internally to join our maintenance team as well.
Ideally want someone (or a sub-contractor) who can help us with our customer projects.
MUST have quality work and attention to detail
We pride ourselves in our workmanship. But, we have too many projects for our crew.
