Job Description (Posting). * Good understanding of trading partner and troubleshooting skills* Developing and supporting Microsoft BizTalk based system integrations to business, using relevant tools and techniques* Perform technical support of Microsoft BizTalk based system integration as and when required.* Proactively analyze integration errors and perform incident and problem management to increasing data quality across systems.* Maintain technical and procedural documentation and relevant reports.* Good Communication Skills and client facing experience is must* Basic idea/knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool will be an advantage.* Experience in Support/Rollout projects is preferable.* Must be a good team player and also must have leadership skills who can coordinate with onsite/offshore team on daily basis. (1.) To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
