Join the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s (CHOP’s) world class team of primary care pediatric providers. Our primary care practices are conveniently located in community settings throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are currently seeking a pediatrician to join our Montgomery County, Pennsylvania primary care location. Our growing practice boasts close community ties and offers convent primary care in a state of the art facility. CHOP practices offer in-office nurse triage, an after hours nurse triage system, and EPIC medical record systems. Being a part of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia primary care network means convenient patient access for all CHOP sub-specially care groups, as well as connection to ongoing professional development, continuing education and mentorship. (Please note that this is not an academic opportunity).
Board certified or board eligible Pediatrician to work in a community pediatric primary care office. Pediatrician who sees well and sick visits from newborns through the age of 21. Diagnose and treat various conditions. Provide well and sick care. Counsel on vaccines. Order labs, testing, as appropriate. May attend well baby nursery rounds at Community hospital. Rotate weekend hours and evenings. On call is also rotated. Be familiar with an electronic medical record. CME is required.
All CHOP employees who work in a patient building or who provide patient care are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.
