Vivifyis seeking a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Specialist. This positionis responsible for coordinating and facilitating field merchandise returnsthrough the receiving, inspection, reprocessing, and shipping processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of requiredRMA information ensuring integrity and accuracy
  • Receives ReturnMerchandise Authorization (RMA) request forms from customers for defectiveproduct(s) and assigns RMA number in the database system.
  • Process, categorize, andsupport customer inquiries, helping to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and assign RMAnumbers, routing, and changes.
  • Receive, review,process, control, and track documents.
  • Contact vendor andrequest RMA number to return and forward to the branch
  • Support field withregards to RMAs, status requests, general inquiries, account problems, customerconcerns and suggestions
  • Facilitate thorough, rapid resolution ofall inquiries/problems and keeps all involved parties informed of progress
  • Acquire and maintain athorough knowledge of all products and services related to RMA
  • Relay RMA information tocustomer so they can ship the defective part back to the vendor.
  • Track credits
  • Communicate status andschedule on returned merchandise to branch.
  • Track all informationfrom vendor, tracking numbers for replacement, invoices, rejection reports,credits, etc.
  • Research and manage allopen, outstanding, un-returned RMA's (notify manager when appropriate and helpto determine next steps)
  • Support processimprovement and work with appropriate departments to resolve RMA system issues,process issues, etc.
  • Analyze RMA data toidentify trends in requests.
  • Create, update, andmaintain reports as needed
  • Performs other dutiesand special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experienceworking in a related role such as order entry/management, inventory management,purchasing, or shipping
  • Intermediate experiencewith Microsoft Word / Microsoft Excel: V - lookup, pivot tables and data analyst and Microsoft PowerPoint:creating process flows
