Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician for Multi-unit residential properties.
Full-Time
Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire
$ Wage based on experience (Approx $17-21/hr)
The position requires having your own vehicle and tools.
Maintenance work is primarily done in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties but also some work in surrounding counties and beyond.
Should know basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
Position will also cover mowing, some landscape type work, snow.
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass drug test.
