Job Description
New Sales position with PEI selling Recruiting services, background checking, criminal record checks, employment references, employment testing including sales testing, personality testing, drug testing, Integrity Testing and more. We will consider candidates with and without business-to-business sales experience. Candidates with inside sales or retail sales would be encouraged to apply. This position will be a base hourly or base salary position,(BOE), plus commission based on performance. Commission will be a percentage of your sales. We are looking for a full-time person, but would consider someone looking for somewhat less than 40 hours/ week. This is a prospecting position with your time split between on phone prospecting, doing walk-ins at companies, setting up sales meetings, working with email marketing and social media. Some of your time will be calling on existing clients. Full benefits including health insurance, 401K, vacation, holidays, HRA, FSA and more. PEI has been in business for 40 years.
