As a New Business Sales Representative at AWS you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in our largest and fastest growing Mid-Market accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and aptitude to understand technology that enables them to drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You will own end-to-end sales engagements and enable successful customer outcomes supported by a wide team of specialists ranging from solution architects to AWS technology partners. You should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Drive customer acquisition and enable outcomes working backwards from customer needs
Grow revenue and increase market share in a defined territory.
* Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
* Develop and execute against a territory plan.
* Create and execute new-business sales activities
* Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
* Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.Basic Qualifications
* BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required
* 3-7+ years of technology related sales, business development or sales engineering/consulting experience.
