Location: Broadview Heights, Ohio

Job Summary:

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing the timely and accurate processing of all employee pay.

Tasks Performed:

  • Process end to end payroll in ADP Workforce Now

  • Maintain payroll records including direct deposits, benefit withholdings, payroll deductions, garnishments, and applicable taxes

  • Verify time cards & entries for all applicable employees. Communicate with managers any adjustments that need made and ensure approvals

  • Review absence management entries in Oracle HCM Cloud and reconcile entries in the timecards as needed

  • Monitor demographics file feed and alert manager when file has errors

  • Serve as first point of contact for employee payroll questions

  • Review payroll reports for accuracy of processing and resolve any issues

  • Work with HR, accounting and finance to ensure accurate employee data and processing

  • Assist with year end processing including auditing records and W2 issuance

  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting

  • Strict adherence to internal company policies

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

2-4 years of payroll processing experience

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills; experience in ADP payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge a plus
  • Understanding of payroll procedures, laws, taxes, and best practices

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

  • Precise attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
