Building Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Large office building near downtown Milwaukee looking for Building Maintenance Engineer. Must have experience in commercial HVAC systems. Need well-rounded building maintenance skills. Expected to help with exterior building issues at times. Process work orders and related documentation daily to help ensure they are complete. Candidates must pass drug test, background check, and have valid driver’s license. Need stable work history and verifiable references.
