Job Description
Alacriant Inc. is a Manufacturer of Stampings and Complex Metal Fabrications located in Streetsboro and Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities:
Loads weld fixtures to produce parts for additional manufacturing operations or sold “as-is”.
Reads production paperwork to determine specified requirements to manufacture.
Reviews parts for conformity to workmanship standards.
Has the ability to recognize bad welds, burn through, weld location errors and insufficient weld volume.
Fills out production paperwork and timekeeping records.
Is able to maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area in compliance with facility housekeeping policies
Wears required safety equipment and follow safety policies.
Ability to accurately fill out tags associated with production to identify parts produced.
Ability to read blueprints to review characteristics that require monitoring.
Monitors the calibration of the equipment they use within their department.
Applies Company Quality Policy and Quality Objectives to all work produced.
Continually working towards the goal of reducing variability to achieve zero defects for our products and services while reducing costs.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through their quality of work.
