What You'll Bring:
- Ability to achieve annual revenue target - focusing 80% of the time prospecting for net new logos and line of businesses.
- Demonstrated competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. prospecting, consultative selling, and solution development).
- Proven ability to establish deep relationships with all key players including an understanding of a company's purchasing criteria.
- Individual contributor to a sales team. Acts autonomously and seeks guidance and direction only when necessary.
We'd Love to See:
- Demonstration of deep knowledge of large and complex client business.
- Displays advanced knowledge of direct selling concepts and skills.
- Major contributor to overall efforts of the Team.
- Ability to pro-actively analyze client business needs.
- A subject matter expert and resource to others.
Impact You'll Make:
- In the first 90 days, you'll begin creating a marketing plan to identify Non Traditional Market Share in Washington territory. Learn industry leading solutions and client application.
- Beyond 90 days, you'll execute on the marketing plan in partnership with management team.
- Planning and implementation of sales to specific, major accounts/sales channel in non-traditional markets where cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities are critical.
