Position:             
Press Operator
 
  • Press Operators are responsible for:
  • handling the tools used to make the parts
  • inserting those tools into the press
  • removing the tools from the press when the press has finished cycling
  • removing the parts from the tool
  • inspecting the parts for defects and completing a variety of different paperwork associated with the production of the parts.
Qualified applicants must be able to
      stand for 8 hours at a time
      lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
      work in hot environment
      good eyesight to visually inspect the parts
      good manual dexterity to quickly remove the parts
     ability to read and write in English

Seeking highly skilled Shift Lead Person. Working in the small engine, automotive, and marine/recreational industries for over 25 years, our company continues to focus on providing quality improvement and value added services to all customer groups.

The Lead Person will primarily be responsible for overseeing daily activities of a shift which could include training, quality, troubleshooting and work assignments.
Qualified candidates will have completed 2 years as a senior injection mold machine operator or 2 years related manufacturing experience in a lead position, understands quality processes for ISO, QS and TS certifications and is forklift certified.

Physical Requirements:
 
  • Required lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during shift
  • Able to stand for an 8 hour (or more) shift
  • Able to handle frequent twisting and bending
  • Good hand dexterity
  • Good eyesight for visual inspection of parts
Work Environment:
Exposure to press temperatures of 400-500 degrees
Exposure to moderate to high noise level (hearing protection required)

we are currently searching for a 1st and 3rd shift Material Handlers to support our Plastics operations.
Essential Duties include the following:
 
·         Drive forklift, as needed
·         Assists with material handling responsibilities including recording incoming materials
·         Loading/Unloading trucks etc.
·         Cleans grinders, loaders, and dryers as needed
·         Assists with shipping as needed
·         Acts as a back-up operator as needed
 
 Qualifications/Requirements:
 
·         High school diploma or GED a benefit
·         Previous custodial, material handling experience preferred
·         Mechanically inclined to perform minor repairs
·         Must be able to read raw materials sheet, bills of lading, production log
·         Must be able to add and subtract 3 (three) digit numbers; divide and multiply; understand difference in basic weight and size measurements
·         Adhere to established cleaning schedule           
·         Must be 18 years of age; good attendance mandatory
